After one traumatic summer interning in a small rat lab, Courtney Lin decided that maybe the medical field was not the best route for her to go. She declared to her Taiwanese mother that she was dropping her initial plans for med school to make funny faces into cameras, and from there she transitioned into also making funny noises into microphones.

She then applied for and graduated from the on-camera acting program at UCLA, and since then has been able to meow, scream, giggle, and KYAH! her way into various projects.

Her specialties in voiceover include animation, video games, toys, commercials, anime, dubbing, ADR/looping, and VO career coaching.

In her time away from her tiny, padded box of foam (re: home office), Courtney enjoys cooking, teaching dance classes, and cuddling with her cats. She is also a co-founder of The School of Voiceover. Her students have gone on to sign with agents such as Atlas Talent, Artistic Talent, Dean Panaro Talent, & CESD, and she takes immense pride in her work as a coach for GVAA.
