During his extensive career, he has had the honor of casting, representing, or directing such notable actors including Gregory Peck, Martin Sheen, Owen Wilson, Mark Hamill, Sally Kellerman, and Leonard Nimoy.
Currently, Jeff is running his own, Howell Productions Inc, where he is producing and directing all things voiceover including animation, commercials, promos, narration, dubbing, and IVR.

RADIO PRODUCTION
Jeff has produced radio commercials for hundreds of National accounts (Chevy, Bud Light, VISA, American Express, Starbucks, McDonalds, Nestle) and network radio/TV promos (CBS, FOX, TBS, Comedy Central, Food Network, A&E, NatGeo).
AUDIO NOVELS
He served as the post-production supervisor and director for numerous sci-fi audio novels that were produced by Leonard Nimoy and John de Lancie.
NARRATION DIRECTION
He directed narration for Fox Searchlight, Travel Channel, DIY, Food Network and The Smithsonian.
ANIMATION PROJECTS
Directed the Emmy Award winning animated program “Wally’s Opening Day”, casting the animated feature “Monkey Prince”, serving as the talent coordinator and casting director for the Netflix animated episodics “Maya and The Three” and “Magic: The Gathering”.
DUBBING
Recently cast and directed the dubbing on numerous international features and episodic programs for Netflix including: “I Am Not An Easy Man”, “Jefe”, “Nothing to Hide”, “Who Would You Take to a Deserted Island”, “A Fortunate Man”, “4 L”, “Unbridled”, “Naked Director”(Seasons 1 and 2), “Halo Love”, the third season of “Bordertown”, “David and the Elves”, “Snabba Cash” (Seasons 1 and 2), animated series “Bad Exorcist” and “Masameer County” (Seasons 1 & 2), “Love at First Kiss”, “7 Donne e un Mistero”, and “Community Squad”. He also directed the dubbing for various HBO projects including “The Fence”, and “Lust”.
VOICE OVER DIRECTION
Jeff directed the voiceover for the Emmy winning controversial 2018 Nike TV campaign featuring Colin Kaepernick, and one of the voices of Siri for Apple. Recently, he had the honor of directing Stephen Fry for autobiographical audio book, “Making History”. He has taught voiceover acting at various schools in San Francisco, as well as conducted workshops and private coaching in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, London, Dublin, and Rome.
