Douglas N. Honorof is a full-time, US-based dialect coach and language consultant for scripted television, film, animation and audiobooks who cut his teeth decades ago on straight plays and musicals, commercials, games and narration.

Doug trained as an actor, comedian, writer and linguistic phonetician at Yale/Yale Drama, the Actors Center, the Barrow Group and the Dramatist Guild Institute. He has taught at the Yale School of Drama and CAP21 (NYU/Tisch) and other leading actor training programmes, and has worked on over 400 films and episodes of television including productions shot on five continents and one on the open ocean.
