Kristin joined The Walt Disney Company in 2005 and had the pleasure of wearing many hats with the company. Her work was featured in numerous animated television properties that were seen on Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, some Marvel, Lucas, and Pixar projects, along with Disney+ TV animated properties.

Kristin gained experience in both the live action and animated worlds. Some of her credits included Hamster and Gretel, Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe, Mickey Mouse Funhouse, Mickey Saves Christmas, Mickey’s Tale of Two Witches, Big Hero 6: The Series, Amphibia, Mickey and Minnie Wish Upon a Christmas, Muppet Babies, Mickey and the Roadster Racers, Mickey Mouse: Mixed Up Adventures, Milo Murphy’s Law, Lion Guard, Minnie’s Bow- Toons, and many more.

Kristin recently embarked on a new venture by founding her own company, Paiva Productions. In this exciting endeavor, she channels her expertise into the realms of Casting, Dialogue Directing, and Voice Over Coaching. Assisting talent in their growth has always been a genuine passion for Kristin. Paiva Productions is dedicated to perpetuating Kristin’s fervent commitment and steadfast support for emerging talent.
